🧪 Test Analysts (SAP)

Yolk Digital is partnering with the Department of Finance to engage three Senior SAP Test Analysts to join the ERP Services team within the Service Delivery Office (SDO). The SDO runs HUB — Finance's SAP-based ERP platform supporting HR, financials, procurement and business intelligence reporting for a range of client agencies across the Commonwealth. You'll be embedded in the Test Team, responsible for system, integration and regression testing across both projects and BAU work, as well as coordinating User Acceptance Testing. This is a hands-on senior testing role on a modern SAP HANA / Fiori environment, with genuine scope to shape test approaches and improve practices across a busy, cross-functional delivery team. It's a strong fit for an experienced SAP tester who enjoys the craft, communicates well, and wants long-term work on a stable, well-resourced ERP platform with real variety across modules and projects.

• Plan, design and execute testing across SAP ERP, SAP Fiori and BW environments, covering integration, system, interface and regression testing • Develop test plans, estimates, test cases, test data and test reports based on analysis of system documentation • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders • Contribute to test estimation and planning alongside Team Leads and Managers • Conduct peer reviews to maintain quality across the team's output • Provide clear, regular status reporting on testing activities and progress • Advise on change management considerations relating to testing • Help shape and improve test approaches, processes and work practices • Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects and BAU streams

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior SAP Tester across the full software testing lifecycle — test planning, estimation, case design, data preparation, execution and reporting • Strong working knowledge of integration, system, interface and user acceptance testing phases • Hands-on experience testing in SAP ERP, SAP Fiori and BW environments, ideally across HR, FICO, SRM and BI modules • Track record delivering testing services in government or large-scale enterprise environments, on both project and BAU work, within time and budget constraints • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to changing project and customer needs • ISTQB Foundation certification or 5+ years' experience as a SAP Tester • Tertiary qualification in IT, Commerce or equivalent practical experience • Australian citizen

• 5+ years' experience across FICO, HR, SRM, BI and Interface testing • Experience using and administering ALM / Quality Centre toolset • Test automation experience (scripts and test data creation) • Prior experience in a Test Manager role — managing planning, execution and coordination across multiple stakeholders • Experience implementing testing best practices and uplifting team processes
