Projects
We led the Clean Energy Regulator’s Agile transformation, providing leadership, coaching, and delivery teams. Our work on one of Canberra’s most recognised transformation programs was nominated as a finalist in the iTnews Benchmark Awards.
We delivered the Consumer Data Right platform, managing 40-people to develop the Register, Accreditation Application, and Conformance Testing Suite. These platforms enable Open Banking and secure data sharing for the ACCC.
We supported IP Australia’s Rights In One program, driving the shift from paper-based to digital processes. This increased digital engagement from 12% to 90%. We implemented DevOps practices and release processes, enabling multiple daily updates.
We provided delivery management for the Australian Electoral Commission’s EmployMe system, which scales from 1,200 to 180,000 staff for elections. Our work was a finalist in the iTnews Benchmark Awards.
