Yolk Digital is seeking a CRM Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to join the Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR), supporting the Chief Information Officer Division's delivery of CRM development work within an existing Dynamics 365 instance. DISR plays a central role in the Australian Government's economic agenda, working to build a productive, resilient and sustainable economy through investment in science, technology and industry growth. The CIO Division provides enabling services and operations delivery to the department and Australian businesses, and is seeking an experienced CRM Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise to contribute to the development of CRM modules that support DISR's broader digital agenda.

• Configure and extend CRM modules, business entities, forms, views and dashboards within the existing Dynamics 365 instance • Design and implement workflows, business rules, plugins and Power Automate flows based on documented user stories and functional requirements • Configure CRM connectors and integrations to support data flows between systems including Azure SQL, TechOne (finance system) and Power Pages • Implement the Dynamics 365 security model including configuration of security roles, access controls and secure integration with external systems • Contribute as an active member of a multidisciplinary agile project team • Maintain and provide input to technical design documentation

1. Technical (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform) — Demonstrated experience in: ◦ Configuring and building Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse solutions including tables, relationships, forms, views, model-driven apps and business rules ◦ Implementing server-side business logic through plugins, workflows and automation using Power Automate and/or Dynamics 365 processes from user stories and requirements ◦ Building dashboards, charts and reports for business users ◦ Implementing CRM security and auditing including business units, teams, security roles and field-level security ◦ Performing data migration and data quality activities including mapping, cleansing and repeatable imports/scripts 2. Technical (Engineering, Integration and Operations) — Demonstrated experience in: ◦ Power Platform ALM and release management including solution layering, managed/unmanaged solutions and environment strategy ◦ CI/CD using Azure DevOps for Dynamics 365/Power Platform deployments including source control, pipelines and automation ◦ Secure-by-design and DevSecOps practices including least privilege, secrets management, reviews and change control ◦ Enterprise integration and extensibility using Dataverse Web API, Azure Service Bus, REST, Azure SQL and custom development such as C#/.NET ◦ Power Platform governance and operations including DLP/connectors, monitoring and troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365 integration such as SharePoint Online 3. Ways of Working — Demonstrated ability to: ◦ Deliver in a fast-paced agile environment and manage competing priorities ◦ Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders including clear reporting on status, risks and dependencies ◦ Collaborate within multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams ◦ Adapt approach as requirements evolve while maintaining delivery focus ◦ Produce fit-for-purpose technical documentation and support BAU handover
